It's not possible to rename a mailbox once it's been created.
Workaround Solution
- Create a new mailbox within your Mandraled Hosting account
- Use the Email Migration tool to synchronise messages between the old and new mailboxes
- Configure migration settings using
imap.yourdomain.comas the hostname and matching the new mailbox password to the original - Delete the original mailbox after migration completes
Email migration does not delete messages from the source server and typically completes within approximately 30 minutes without causing mail service interruptions.
