1. Correct Hostname Usage: Users without nameserver changes pointing to Mandraled should use ftp.mandraled.com for Linux/Windows or wordpressftp.yourdomain.com for WordPress platforms.
2. DNS CNAME Records: A CNAME record must exist pointing ftp.yourdomain.com to the appropriate Mandraled FTP hostname. DNS changes can take roughly 1 hour to propagate.
3. FTP Lock System: Users must unlock FTP access through their hosting control panel at https://hosting.mandraled.com by selecting their package and choosing to unlock by time or specific IP address.
4. Authentication Credentials: Users must confirm they're using the correct password found in the package's FTP Details section.
