How do I connect via FTP?

The guide recommends using FileZilla as the FTP client.

Key Steps

  1. Access the Manage Hosting section and select Manage
  2. Locate the FTP panel on the right side of the control panel
  3. Unlock FTP access (by time or IP address)
  4. Retrieve connection details: FTP Server, Username, and Password
  5. Enter credentials into FileZilla and select Quickconnect

Important Note: The maximum FTP upload/download size is 5GB.
