Document Root Explanation
The document root specifies which folder the subdomain will access. For instance, if you have a directory named \"support\" within public_html, you could point your subdomain there by entering \"public_html/support\" in the Document Root field.
Important Note: Updating a document root can take ~15 minutes, so you may just need to be patient whilst that updates.
