To establish a subdomain, log in to https://hosting.mandraled.com and navigate to Manage Hosting → Manage, then select the Subdomains icon. After entering the subdomain name and choosing "Create Subdomain," users have the option to configure the Document Root to direct traffic to a specific folder.
Document Root Explanation
The document root specifies which folder the subdomain will access. For instance, if you have a directory named "support" within public_html, you could point your subdomain there by entering "public_html/support" in the Document Root field.
Important Note: Updating a document root can take ~15 minutes, so you may just need to be patient whilst that updates.
