How do I use the File Permissions Checker?

The File Permissions Checker enables users to easily view and fix file permission issues which don't match the recommended settings.

Steps to Use

  1. Access your account at hosting.mandraled.com and navigate to Manage Hosting
  2. Select Manage for the desired hosting package
  3. Click the File Permissions Checker icon
  4. Choose Scan Permissions to initiate the scan
  5. Review any mismatched permissions displayed in a list format showing current and recommended levels
  6. Fix files either individually via Fix Permission or in bulk using Fix Selected
