DKIM (DomainKeys Identified Mail) is an email authentication standard that verifies messages originate from claimed senders and haven't been altered during transit. A DKIM signature is placed in the header of emails sent by Mandraled Hosting's mail servers.
Basic Setup Steps
- Navigate to Manage Hosting and select the package
- Click the DomainKeys icon
- Choose your domain
- Enter a Selector (any identifier you prefer)
- Select Add Signature
- If using Mandraled nameservers, the DNS record is added automatically
Advanced Options
- Selector: Unique identifier for the DKIM record
- Canonicalization: Choose \"Relaxed\" if emails may be modified in transit; \"Simple\" for standard handling
- Flags: Select \"Production\" for normal use or \"Testing\" for verification without affecting delivery
