Mandraled Hosting provides an Email Migrations tool that facilitates transferring emails and mailboxes from other providers. The tool supports IMAP, Gmail, and Outlook mailboxes.
Migration Steps
- Access hosting.mandraled.com and log in
- Navigate to Manage Hosting for your target package
- Locate the Email Migrations tool in the emails section
- Enter the required credentials:
- Hostname: The mailserver address from your previous provider
- Username: The mailbox identifier
- Password: Current password for both old and new mailboxes
- Select Sync to initiate the transfer
Important: You must create mailboxes in Mandraled first with matching passwords before syncing.
Key Points
- The tool copies rather than moves emails, so original messages remain on the previous server
- You can resync after changing MX records to retrieve new messages without creating duplicates
- Only one migration per package can run simultaneously
