Email Configuration
Verify credentials match these settings:
- IMAP incoming:
imap.yourdomain.com(port 993, SSL) - SMTP outgoing:
smtp.yourdomain.com(ports 465 or 587, TLS)
Sending Limits
Web servers: 500 emails a day. Mailboxes: 8,000 emails a day. Message size caps at 50MB network-wide, with 32MB attachment limits in webmail.
MX Record Verification
Users can validate email routing using mxtoolbox.com. Proper configuration shows mx.stackmail.com as the mail exchanger.
Disabled Mailboxes
Accounts suspended for suspicious activity display the error: \"SMTP: Error (550): Failed to add recipient...Sending mail from this address has been disabled...\"
