Problem
Users can send emails and view new messages in their Inbox but cannot access additional subfolders on their iOS devices.

The issue typically stems from an incorrect IMAP Path Prefix setting. To fix this:
- Navigate to Settings > Mail > Accounts
- Select your email address, then Account > Advanced
- Locate the \"IMAP Path Prefix\" field at the bottom
- Leave it blank or enter \"INBOX\"
- Save changes and navigate back through settings, saving as needed
