How do I setup my mailbox in Outlook?

Mandraled Hosting utilises autodiscover technology, enabling Microsoft Outlook to configure your account automatically using just your email address and password in most situations.

Automatic Setup Process

  1. Open Outlook and select the File tab
  2. Under Account Information, click Add Account
  3. Enter your name, email address, and password
  4. Select Next, then Finish

Manual Setup Instructions

  • Account type: IMAP
  • Incoming mail server: imap.yourdomain.com (port 993, SSL)
  • Outgoing mail server: smtp.yourdomain.com (port 587 or 465, TLS)

Additional Requirement: Access More Settings > Outgoing Server and enable \"My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication.\"

Troubleshooting: If connection issues or certificate warnings occur, disable SSL/TLS encryption and change the incoming server port to 143.
