Mandraled Hosting utilises autodiscover technology, enabling Microsoft Outlook to configure your account automatically using just your email address and password in most situations.
Automatic Setup Process
- Open Outlook and select the File tab
- Under Account Information, click Add Account
- Enter your name, email address, and password
- Select Next, then Finish
Manual Setup Instructions
- Account type: IMAP
- Incoming mail server:
imap.yourdomain.com(port 993, SSL) - Outgoing mail server:
smtp.yourdomain.com(port 587 or 465, TLS)
Additional Requirement: Access More Settings > Outgoing Server and enable "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication."
Troubleshooting: If connection issues or certificate warnings occur, disable SSL/TLS encryption and change the incoming server port to 143.
